I booked round trip flights for myself and my boyfriend and I was only given the return tickets. After numerous attempts to communicate with the support staff to get our outbound information I was forced to book another flight just before my departure date. Then three days after my vacation was OVER I finally received a response from the relevant support team apologizing that they couldn't help me.
